Youth Education

We will facilitate dialogue between people of different religions i.e. Muslims, Christians, Jews, Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists & No Faiths, so they feel more secure about their religious knowledge & the knowledge of other religions so they understand how people live according to their faiths.

 Discussion Forums

 These will be held to attract and connect people in strong unified networks and to open doors for new audiences to interfaith activities to improve understanding & core structures of different faiths.

 Equality Forums

 These will be held to attract men & women from different religions to understand rights. Empowerment of the women through such forums, advice & advocacy in becoming economically strong to support themselves & their family would result in understanding each others needs, accepting & tolerating each other through mutual understanding that will help to reduce the concept of force marriage and genital mutilations in women.

 Women Only Forums

 These will be dedicated to women getting together & discussing their issues and shedding light on rights they know of and they have according to their religions and how they can improve and help form a harmonious society as mothers, sisters, daughters, wives & generally as women. 

 Religious Arts

 This will include cultural and traditional arts through performance, dramas, stage shows, exhibitions, and programmes involving people from various backgrounds to gain understanding of cultural and religious values of all communities.

 Our aims in delivering would be:

·         To provide advice, information and specific training programme to the young people and adults.

·         To provide youth work curriculum activities, where the young people have an opportunity to develop their social education, self confidence and develop cross cultural awareness

·         To organise events that cater for wider community and encourage integration.

·         To ensure equal opportunities are considered in every aspect of the work.

·         To provide training facilities including parenting skills to develop their skills and knowledge to support their children to develop full potentials in life.

·         To provide opportunities for the female members of the communities by taking their ‘natural sensitivity’ into account and provide with ‘network’ facilities where they can share information and support each others.

·         To recruit volunteers from the local communities and train and equip them with necessary skills and tools with the help of our partner organisations and provide them with the opportunities, according to their own interests to work within our organisation.

·         To support and encourage members of the local communities to become empower and take an active role to promote integration and develop community cohesion.

·         The elimination of discrimination on the grounds of race, gender, disability, sexual orientation or religion.

·         The advancement of education and raising awareness in equality and diversity.

·         The promotion of activities to foster understanding between people from diverse backgrounds.

·         To commission research on equality and diversity issues and publishing the results to the public.

·         To cultivate a sentiment in favours of equality and diversity.
